TERMS OF USE OF THE CERTIFICATION BODY MARK / NAME OF THE ACCREDITATION BODY

GRAND CERT Sp. z o. o. is the owner of the GRAND CERT trademark (hereinafter referred to as the "mark"), which may be
used as set out in this annex.

GRAND CERT Sp. z o. o. is the owner of the GRAND CERT trademark (hereinafter referred to as the "mark"), which may be
used as set out in this annex.
2. Users of the Grand Cert mark
The users of the trademark are the owners of valid GRAND CERT certificates, and the term owner of the GRAND CERT certificate should be understood as those enterprises that have been issued with GRAND CERT certificates.
3. Granting the right to use the mark
GRAND CERT allows the user to use the mark in a manner consistent with the provisions of the certificate granting agreement and related documents, in particular these GRAND CERT conditions. The user of the mark ensures that the use of the mark in advertisements or other activities will be carried out under these conditions.
The right to use the mark is limited to legal persons and may not be transferred to third parties or successors without the express permission of GRAND CERT, or be subject to assignment or redemption and any forced action. The mark also cannot be used to mark individual products, nor can it be closely related to products in such a way that it could suggest that these products are certified by Grand Cert. The user of the trademark is responsible towards Grand Cert for the use of this trademark, in particular for its use for advertising purposes.
The mark may not be used by a certified client on laboratory test or inspection reports, calibration certificates.
4. Shape/form
Only the use of the mark in the form and shape presented in the annex is allowed. The sign must be easy to read and clearly visible.
5. Scope of use of the mark
The use of the mark is limited to the area of validity of the company's certification, which is specified in the certification certificate. The mark may be used only for commercial purposes and only in documents in commercial correspondence and in advertising materials.
6. Suspension of certification
If, in accordance with the GRAND CERT certification rules, the certification is suspended, the user of the mark loses the right to use the mark. In such a case, the user of the mark may use the documents bearing the mark still in his possession for a maximum period of one month from the entry into force of the certification suspension.
7. Cancellation of certification
If, in accordance with the GRAND CERT certification rules, the certification is revoked, the trademark user loses the right to use the trademark. In such a case, the user of the mark may use the documents bearing the mark that are still in his possession for a maximum of one month from the date of entry into force of the certification revocation.
8. Other loss of right to use the mark
The right to use the mark expires both at the expiry date of the certification and in the event of the Unit noting that the certification has been misused. The unit has the right to take actions such as revoking the certificate, publishing information about the violation and taking appropriate legal action. If the right to use the trademark expires, the user of the trademark may use the documents bearing the trademark still in his possession for a maximum period of one month from the entry into force of the certification expiry.
