POLICY Grand Cert Sp. z o. o.
Grand Cert Sp. z o. o. is an international Certification Body, offering economically effective and beneficial solutions in the field of certification in various management systems. The aim of the activities of the Certification Body is to meet the requirements of the Ordering Parties to the maximum extent, to secure the current, full and professional performance of all obligations before them.
The implementation of a given Policy was carried out by the Management of the Certification Body by:
- Ensure and maintain management system processes and procedures;
Reporting to the management on the functioning of the management system and the need to improve it;
- Maintaining a management system with the requirements of ISO 17065 and ISO 17021, which is able to support and demonstrate continuous compliance with the requirements for the design and development of certification services;
- Rely on the credibility of certification and should address the needs of all parties that rely on its audit and certification services;
- Ongoing support for the appropriate level of accreditation of the Certification Body;
- Maintaining effective internal and external relationships to ensure communication on management system issues and audit activities;
- Compliance with all laws and regulations;
- High level of staff competence;
- Continuous improvement of the quality of service provision, orientation towards preventing problematic situations, low-quality service provision;
- Safeguards for independent and objective assessment when providing services;
- Safeguarding the impartiality of auditors;
- Result orientation;
- Reliability and trust in business;
- Coordination of the activities of the Certification Body team.
In order to successfully manage the Certification Body and continuously improve performance indicators, a number of the following principles have been established:
- Prevention of conflict of interest – avoiding situations where personal and financial interests conflict with the interests of the Certification Body, subsisting on benefits, various compensations, gifts (with the exception of generally accepted standards of courtesy, which do not affect business decisions).
- Bribery and corruption - separation of personal and commercial interests (ignoring all activities that may be considered illegal influence for personal gain).
- Fair and open competition on the market – there were no illegal settlements to determine the pricing policy, eliminating and limiting competition; exchanging competitive information; discrimination of competitors.
- Confidentiality and protection of information - observance of trade and production secrets, information protection requirements.
- Impartiality. Certification Body ensures impartial performance of certification activities.
