Description of the rights and obligations of Applicants and Clients

    GRAND CERT Sp. z o.o., at the Customer's request, provides information on the rules and procedures for granting, maintaining, extending or limiting the scope, suspending, withdrawing or refusing certification.

    Applicants of GRAND CERT Sp. z o.o have the right to:

    1. obtaining information related to the certification process.

    2. on the basis of a submitted application(Inquiry form DOK-32) Certification, receiving an offer from GRAND CERT Sp. z o.o

    3. receiving the service in accordance with the submitted application/signed contract.

    4. has the right to submit complaints and appeals

    Applicants GRAND CERT Sp. z o.o have the following obligations:

    1. After accepting the offer GRAND CERT Sp. z o.o The applicant has the same obligations as the client

    GRAND CERT Sp. z o.o clients have the right to:

    1. receiving the service in accordance with the submitted application/signed contract.

    2. refer to the certification in accordance with its scope,

    3. copying the certification documents in their entirety

    4. submit complaints about the activities of GRAND CERT Sp. z o.o

    5. appeals against decisions of GRAND CERT Sp. z o.o,

    6. making an application(Inquiry form DOK-32)to extend the validity of the Certificate,

    7. applying for a change, extension, restriction or suspension of a certificate,

    8. receiving from GRAND CERT Sp. z o.o information about planned changes regarding certification requirements.

    GRAND CERT Sp. z o.o clients are obliged to:

    1. during the audit, it will enable the team of auditors to view the documentation regarding the certified standard and provide free access to all processes, areas and organizational units of the certified organization covered by the scope of certification.

    2. After obtaining the certificate, the client is obliged to notify the certification body without delay of all significant changes concerning him that affect the management system, including in particular changes.

    3. The Client agrees to the participation in the audit by representatives of the owners of IFS standards or the accreditation body that grants accreditation to the certification body, as well as evaluators evaluating the accreditation body and additional internal personnel of the Certification Body.

    The customer does not incur any additional costs for this.

    4. The client agrees that information about the company and its employees may be stored and stored in the IFS database in accordance with the General Principles of Personal Data Protection and the IFS Integrity Program.

    5. The Client agrees to provide the Accreditation Body with IFS Food audit reports, certificates and other documentation related to IFS Food audits.

    6. The client shall not make or allow to be made any misleading statements regarding its certification.

    7. The Client is obliged to inform about the certification in such a way that it does not give the impression that the assessment of the Certification Body was of an official nature.

    8. The customer undertakes to take and document actions in connection with complaints and complaints.

    9. All other significant obligations of the Client are specified in the Certification Agreement.

    Fees for the certification process and general information about fees charged to applicants and clients.

    Fees for the certification process and general information about fees charged to applicants and clients is reflected in the offer. The cost depends on the selected standard (ISO 9001 or ISO 22000 or IFS Food) and other preliminary data specified by the Applicant in the Application (Inquiry form DOK-32).

    The applicant pays receivables on the basis of invoices issued by GRAND CERT Sp. z o.o in accordance with the accepted offer, prepared as a result of a positively assessed application for certification. The accepted offer constitutes Annex 1 to the legally binding contract. Irrespective of the result of the certification procedure, the Applicant is obliged to cover the costs of the certification process.
